East Texas’ newest, most technologically advanced and architecturally unique event and training center is now available for rent to the community. The timeless yet forward thinking “OneREALTOR@Centeroffers over 4300 sq. ft of flexible space unlike any other in the area. While providing a visual environment of natural daylight, reflective surfaces and modern architecture, OneREALTOR@Center has been designed with the most technologically advanced audio visual equipment in the area.
“This “dream come true” for the over 1,000 members of the Greater Tyler Association of REALTORS@ has truly been built on the shoulders of those who have come before us” stated Jonathan Wolf, GTAR’s newest president. The vision for a facility which brings the traditional into the future has been in the plans for the past 5 presidents and the GTAR Boards. Ed Moore, GTAR’s Executive Vice President feels honored that this building has finally come into fruition under his watch. Ed commented” this building gives us the resources needed to ensure the survival and success of Real Estate professionals in Smith and Wood Counties as well as protecting private property rights.”
The purpose of this new facility is to offer high tech services and event space to all of East Texas for training opportunities, meeting space, conventions and trade shows, reunions, weddings, receptions and fundraisers. The flexibility of the three available spaces can accommodate as little as 5 or as many as 300. Two SMART”M Boards, two High Definition projectors, 4 wireless microphones, one conference microphone, free wi-fi, and a full catering kitchen allow your event an innovative venue one might expect to travel to far larger cities to find.
